OMC, I finished it! Manehattan Project 6 is up:
It's been a long time coming, and I loved doing it, but I think it'll be nice not to have a serial project ongoing.
Now to figure out what i want to do next. I have a whole list of ideas. Some are pun based. No, please don't unwatch! There are funny and sweet and cute things, too! Honest!
I've toyed around with the idea of trying animation. I'd need to get a program for it, and there doesn't seem to be a good free solution for that. Flash seems expensive, but I might try the Anime Studio software. They have a free trial period, so I could see if I like it.
Another idea, and this is one that a lot of people have requested, is to do some video tutorials on how to use Inkscape, especially with info on how to vector ponies. I like that idea. I know a lot of people liked the wall-of-text tutorial I made when I only had a couple weeks of experience. I've improved my techniques a lot since then, and they might help others to vector better.
But for now my friends, I am going the eff to sleep.

CONGRATS TO ~abydos91 (https://www.deviantart.com/abydos91)! I ended up rolling a d6. Good answers all, and happy holidays!
Hey, y'all. I know I haven't been very active here, but I do come around and check messages and stuff, and I want to keep my premium membership, and dA is doing the give one get one thing, sooooo....
If you would like a year's premium membership, tell me below who is best pony and why. I will pick one person to receive the membership at the end of the weekend.
PS: Fluttershy is best pony because she is the beast pony, but it's okay if you have a different opinion.
Thank you for the happy birthday wishes!
I haven't been terribly active here in a while, but I did eventually check my messages. Thank you so much. :D
Fluttershy, you clever girl!
I just read this article on being persuasive on Lifehacker: http://lifehacker.com/5982658/but-you-are-free-is-a-super%20simple-persuasion-technique-anyone-could-use
There are lots of techniques for becoming more persuasive, but perhaps the simplest, most practical technique is the "But You Are Free" method. A review of 42 psychology studies (on 22,000 people) suggests this technique could double the chances someone would say "yes" to you. Read on to see how this works. If you want to, that is.
See what I did there? That's the "But You Are Free" technique, basically: Make a request, but acknowledge the other person has a choice.

Sigh, there's another one about. Someone was nice enough to point out one of my backgrounds:

I recognized a lot of the backgrounds in his gallery, and when I could find the originals, I let the actual vector artists know. I've reported the two copies of mine. At first I was thinking that he'd not figured out the favoriting system and was keeping them as a gallery of things he liked, but from his profile page, he is claiming the work as his own.
He also has a lot of character vectors in the gallery. If you're a
