Don't feel bad that I didn't mark anything 5--to me, five stars means it can't be improved in ANY way.

Your artwork is very good, a solid match for the show's style, and visually attractive to be sure. You definitely seem to have character personalities down, and the expressiveness of each character is fantastic. While the gradient doesn't work for me in the text panels (such as Apple Bloom in the fourth panel), it doesn't make it difficult to read. I simply don't feel that text panels are a great place for multiple colors. The text should be as clear as possible, and stylizing it is better done as you did in the second panel, to reflect Rarity's emphasis on "precious." In particular, I like Sweetie Belle's expressions and posing in the third and fourth panels.

The content is interesting. Obviously ridiculous, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Some of the most entertaining pony comics are the ones that introduce to Equestria things that would never appear there in canon. The mix of our world and theirs is a great source of comedy, and I feel like you're leveraging it well--there's nothing at all awkward in how the Cutie Mark Crusaders are dissecting this information on atomic weapons and substituting things from their own world. Everything fits, and nothing is shoehorned.

I'm looking forward to the rest of this. As a Rarity fan, some of season 2 has been pretty underwhelming for me, but the Cutie Mark Crusaders are always reliable for a laugh, and I'm eager to see how they fail to get their cutie marks in THIS misadventure.

Radioactive materials don't actually glow :P
There's an effect called... Was it Cheronkov radiation? I might have the name wrong, but in nuclear powerplants you'll see a blue glow around the reactors because of radiation traveling faster than the speed of light in water (it's traveling faster than the speed of light in a vacuum that's impossible, but light goes slower in water or air).

If you were to see that glow around something in air, you'd be dead in a lot less than ten seconds flat, because that'd mean it's thousands of times more radioactive than the core of a very large powerplant.

To make a nuclear weapon, anyways, you need extremely high radiation densities that can only be achieved by enriching a radioactive element: they must be artificially enriched.

Making a nuke isn't hard, and the designs are out there, but it's enriching the radioactive elements that's incredibly difficult and keeps everyone form being able to make nukes very easily.

Just my thoughts :P

Awesome series, though.
